About the Role

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-tier cleaning services for both residential and commercial spaces. This position requires a commitment to excellence in every home or business you service.

Job Requirements:

• Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license & insurance

• Smartphone with GPS and texting capabilities

• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Ability to lift 30+ lbs

• Fluency in English

• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Clean and maintain spaces with precision (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)

🔹 Ensure high standards in all areas

🔹 Provide exceptional customer service

🔹 Address clients and coworkers professionally

🔹 Manage workload in a timely manner

🔹 Travel between job sites using personal transportation

Compensation & Benefits:

• Paid Training: $15.00 per hour while you develop your skills and learn what’s expected

• At completion of training pay: $17.00 per hour

• 30/60/90 day raises up to 50 cents each if criteria is met
